This year Blue Range will be hosting your Easter!  

A set menu will be provided for the whole weekend (Friday - Sunday) which will ensure your visit will be an easy and enjoyable one.

Any dietary requirements must be advised during the initial booking stage, and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder - tuscan herb crust, white bean ragout, mashed potato & madeira sauce

Herb Roasted Chicken Breast - forest mushroom sauce & potato mash

Potato Ricotta Gnocchi - sundried tomato, herbs, porcini mushrooms, spinach, cream (v)
